Preheat oven to 425ºF.
Place your peppers on a baking sheet, and bake for 20 minutes.
Flip your peppers over and bake for another 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow peppers to rest for 20 minutes.
Remove the skin, seeds, and stem (the skin should peel right off).
Slice, dice, or chop to your desired size.
